Can we change the font size, font color of message box? if yes then how?

It is possible to vary the way messages are presented to some extent through the use of bold for example. We have an Insight article on this topic, which I have linked here for you:
As this does not provide control over font colour and other properties, if you need more control than what is listed in the article above you would really need to design a form for yourself in place of the built-in message box form to do so.
