VB6 integration of AVTech IP Camera AVN314/304

Good day! Im having a project in VB6 (Surveillance System) but I dont have any idea how to integrate the IP Camera with the program. I thoroughly search other forums and site but didnt find any answer (some say it depends on what device you are using). Please just give me some starting point, maybe what to do first, any configuration in the device itself, or some useful tips. Just ask me for any questions that are not that clear to you. Thanks! and MORE POWER!

        Wow, there are two AVTech's!

Try this link - it's the right AVTech this time, and this page is specifically about the AV314. It includes specs, downloads, manual etc.

From a little further web research, it sounds to me as though what you need is information on how to work with the ONVIF specification.

Note, I've posted twice in a row; don't miss the prior message because of this one :)

Third message in a row, lol. Getting a little carried away here.

I found this brief discussion which may explain why it's hard to find an API (or SDK).

ahm actually i already got the SDK my friend. What i don't know is how will i use that SDK? what is the general idea in streaming videos from IP Cameras? I've read the SDK Manual and found out that there are quite lots of parameters required. Anyway, thanks for the response again. I really appreciate it.

Sorry we couldn't help more with that. If you do find more information, I hope you'll share it here for the benefit of anyone else in the same situation.
