compare and replace visio text using excel VBA

I try to compare the text in excel and visio, if the text match, then replace that visio text with a range of excel text. I've found a Vba code in an other topic, but as beginner, I need some help to applicate it, i mean how do communicate my two files and what are steps to follow. Please I realy nead your Help !!
