    Email using Outlook from Excel

    First off let me start by saying that i love this site... Because of this site and especially the help of an expert programmer Guido i am able to provide the programing help to a new company that is being built from nothing, i am thankful.
    I have been asked if there is a way to send out emails from excel. I know there is but what i would like to accomplish is every time data is entered into excel no matter what time it is it sends in email with no user input. So what I’m saying is Column B contains name of receiver column C contains emails of receiver and column D is the name of the hospital where receiver of email works and in column E contains City, State and Zip code. What i want to happen is the every time data is entered into these column is sends an email to every new input and puts name of contact in body of email and hospital name and zip code in body of email also but if email has been sent already do not send to that contact again.
    I really hope this makes sense. Any help will be appreciated.
