I have a VB6 application with some reports developed in Crystal Reports 11.5.
I install this application from a setup build with InstallShield 2009.
With Application installed on Windows XP+SP3, Windows Vista Ultimate+SP2 and Windows 7 when I try to export the reports it is working without any error.
Windows 7 is main operating system , the others two operating systems are on virtual machines.
When I install same application from the same setup on a friend computer with Windows Vista and try to export the reports it give me the following error:
Run Time Error -2147206460(8004 3ac4) "Invalid directory".
Can anyone , please, explain to me why I received this error on my friend computer and not on my computer?
