How do I a create ms access calendar schedule like Outlook calendar?

I have to plan the work schedule.

For example: The process has several steps.

Steps Step 1 Step 2 Step 3
Due dates 2/5/2011 2/10/2011 2/15/2011

I want to create a calendar like Outlook where I need the steps to display in respective dates, which I can take a print out and stick to my wall.

I have some knowledge of MS acccess, but I don't know anything about coding.

Your helps is gretly appreciated.
