UML automator

Is there any software out there that will read in the source code for a project and output a uml or flowchart diagram?

I believe Rational Rose could/used to be able to do it for VB6 and M$ Project might have had a downloadable script to do the same but it has been so long since I have used either, I really couln't tell you now...
