DataGridView Combo Box Selection

Please, I have a DataGridView that has 3 columns. The third column is a combo Box. Anytime I want to select an option from the combo Box, I have to click on it twice before the item is selected. Is there anyway I can click and select from the comboBox option once? Do I have to change any settings? Please, help me.
