Right-click on the project or the solution and choose 'rename'

I think it's more like a "Very Basic" question. I think he's asking how to rename a project or solution in Visual Studio.

I think this is a VB6 question...the OP has specified that this application is a Windows Application and that it should be developed in VB 6.

I would think that you would use Visual Studio 6 to open the project and edit it using that version of Visual Studio.
