How to add/insert Photo in VB Application?

Hi,
I've created one application form in VB 6.0 in which MS Access as Back End.
Everything is working fine.
Now I need to add Candidates photo (JPEG Form) to the Application form.
It may be from the Hard disc or may be directly capturing from the PC Cam.
A candidate has suposed to stand in front of the camera., & when the user
clicks on Command button, VB should automatically place that photo on the application form
as well as to store in Access also.
What to do..?
Could anybody help me please...?

to display from disc you need to specify path of the file .
use the method LoadPicture

Picture1.Pictur e= LoadPicture("pa th of file")
