How lock folder using vb6

use following command to lock the folder
Name yourFolder "Control Panel.{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D}"

this will change folder icon to control panel's icon
when you double click on this icon this will open control panel rather than the folder.
