please Help me save images

I really have difficulty trying to save images to my vb program. Can anybody please help me how to save images in a simple vb program?

Are you saving the images to a SQL database ? You could either save the location of the image to the database and load the picture with the file location. Or you must stream the picture into your db

Im using MS Access.
How can I save the image data physically or even just the path?
