Vb Question About Round Value

WHEN I ROUND THE VALUE IN VB SOME TIME (if last digit is zero befor the decimal)ROUNDED WRONGLY EXAMPLE

ROUND(1230.5,0)

It display the 1230 but the correct answer is 1231

pls give the solution

If the value is exactly xxx.5 then rounding occurs to the nearest even number...
1.5 rounds to 2.0
2.5 rounds to 2.0
3.5 rounds to 4.0
