Hidding My Program From Prcocess VB 2005

hi i know how to get my program out of task manager, but it still comes up with it in the process list. How do i get it out of that list? Also i have a picture background on my form and when i darg on a radio button theres this creaming backcolor, does any body know to make it clear?Last of all how do i access the designer code in vb 2005

On the forms code page, press ctrl + f and search for a control like a label or button. i fuind that wokrs.
