In Excel 2000, How to remove exteranl reference from link dialogbox...Urgent.

Hi Members,

I am not able to find link which cells have link with other workbook.
Even I tried through Find, link dialog box.

Now What I want is that I want to romove that reference from link box.
because whenever opening applications, it is asking like update or not.
