Rouge Textbox question

Good day,
I am using Access 2k to keep track of some things for my office. As part of that we have a few forms that different people enter data into. One of the controls on a form is a text box. When the workers enter the textbox they are able to type in the first letter of whatever but then it highlights that letter and they, if they're not watching, type over it. So in a sense, the textbox erases the first letter of everything that gets added. Any ideas on a fix?

There must be some code on the change event of textbox. I can only guess this.
