VB6 IDE - components/references options missing

In my VB IDE Project/Add reference and Project/ AddComponents menus are not showing.

Is there any solution for it.
I,ve installed twice.
Anyways I can use Ctrl-T for adding components. But what abt the reference.

Try using the AddIn manager.
