Picture box from one panel to an other?

I need to on click of picturebox, move that picturebox from the panel it's already on to a new panel. I'm sure this can't be hard but i just can't seem to be able to work out how to? please help!

ive tested this in vb2005 only:

PictureBox1.Par ent = Panel2
