Clearing Clipboard

Hi all,
I want to clear a specific item from clip board.
I mean my program check for a specific item in clipboard and then remove that from clipboard.

For example.
If i copy a file name a.txt then my program check the clipboard for a.txt and then clear that from clipboard.
