Just google it e.g. "Programmin g Forums", "Visual Basic Forums"..etc..

Yes, google always helps.

Dont give up with TSDN, here you can upload your project, put it into a zip file, then submit a post, after you submit a post you'll have 1 hour to edit it, while editing it you will see the attachments options.
