VB6 - add data environment to project menu

when we open the vb6 -->suppose the data enviornment is not available in the project menu wht is procedure to add data enviornment in the project menu

Right Click anywhere in the Project Explorer (located at the right of the screen) then choose Add-->Data Enviroment.. Hope it Helps

In my case, when I select Add, there's no Data Environment in the list (see attachment below). Perhaps this is what the original question was about.
