Black Shading a form

Hi,i want to give my form a black shade,it must look as if a black cloth is covering it.i want to do this to give my application a sophisticated look.there are lots of option buttons in my form-arranged vertically.when the user clicks an option button,my form should be black shaded(leaving the clicked option box).i'm using vb6.0.is this possible?help me pls..

I think it is just like when you change the click 'Turn Off Computer' and an option form will be loaded and for while the background or the screen will turns to grayish color.

I think you want to give your application graphics as in Vista. When a msgbox appears all the screen goes to gray shade except that msgbox??
