Automatically adjust form layout when maximized

    Hello,

First of all thanks for trying to help. My problem is in vb.net 2008 (it's pritty much the same as 2005) when a vb program is maximized it just makes the background bigger and everything else stays in the same spot. I was wondering weather it was possible when maximized that the objects would move equivalent to when minamized.

If it's really hard to explain but i think many people would no what i am talking about. Also i still sound like a total noob i know that it's does it automaticaly in java.

    Thanks for all you help

Don't know about java, but in earlier versions of VB we used to use a type of control referred to as an "elastic" control to help automate this sort of adjustment.

Try using the search box up top - you should find a number of references to this topic by searching for related terms, including "elastic".

Of course, it's possible that VB2008 has some such functionality built in.
