Automation Error 440

Some times I get Automation error on one report when I try to execute it and Sometimes I don't get at all. I am using on error to catch this error although report shows desired results but I want to know about this error. I did some research but could not find approprite answer to fix this problem not even find the reason. Looks like something wrong with ActiveX control.
