1.design the crystal report.
2.add a designer from project with crystaL report as the source.
3.add a crystal report viewer from project ---> componenets
4.add realted libraries from Project------>references
5.pass the connection parameter in and display the report in the viewer.

You ll find an option when u click right on project and then go to add here u ll find a crystal report editor maked the report now when u finished it ll automatically make a form for you which controls the report.
