Start Application When Windows Starts

Can someone please tell me how to start my application when Windows starts up or when someone logs on (vb 2005) ?

For any program - place the executable file in Startup Directory on the start menu.

For any program - place the executable file in Startup Directory on the start menu.

Be sure to add it to the correct startup folder. If you wish it to only launch for 1 specific user then place it in their user startup folder. However, if you wish it to run for everybody who logs onto the computer then place it in the All Users startup folder.
