If no error then you have to point.
Is that Exe is not opening?
    Database is not connected?
Which part of the module or forum it’s in trouble?
What you are expecting or what that exe is suppose to do?
    What is the windows version?
Is that exe contained in setup package?
All the supportive files (OCX, DLL)’s installed properly?

It seems your database is not connected. Is that database is in EXE path? or do you have the code of that exe

          Hi gogulkar

Tell your system admin or the programmer itself to fix that problem : )

            Hi everyone!

May I suggest a question here?

That, whether the application is using Office and is there any difference in its versions? Probably, to my knowledge, this may be one of the reasons...

Good point. Can you post your back-end version?

try to check the connection string. Also, try also to packge it instead of just making an executable.
