Clearing a picture box

I have tried various things posted on the site to clear a picture box. When it gets cleared, i press the cmd again and it starts off from line 10 (the last line of last time i pressed). Any suggestions?

"Starts Off From Last Line" .. means? How you are Clearing the PictureBox..?
