Error running exe in XP

Tab strip with two tab.

While making visibility of one tab 0 to tab 1 in lostfocus of textbox it showing the following error
(HMS(Project Name) has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience (windows xp error report)).
This error only in exe not in code.
This error only in XP but not in 2000.
