error during installation of Pakage

While installing a package following error occurs.
'error occured while registring the following File :msado21.tlb'
i give the option ignore.

then it shows successfully installed.

when i run the software it show's the following error

"system error & H80040111(-2147221231).cla ss factory cannot supply requested class."

please help me.
