catalog creation

Its very urgent .....in my proj i want to create a catalog that gives the info of some prizes.....
eg if the user amount reaches 2000 then the prize some headphone..
and when the amount reaches 4000 then prize is something else
the field amount is in the database ...... how to do this...... i realy don't have any idea about this how to create this......

back end is access 2007
front end is vb6.0
