how to upload resume

hi...can anyone help me,how to upload resume or download resume or project files & download to word files.My front end is vb6.0 and backend is ms access.
please help me.

Hi,

Not very sure what you want to do here...? Save Word File in Access...?
UpLoad/DownLoad means Save to MDB and Retrieve From MDB..?
