Transparent form but not controls

Hi all,
I want to know how I can make form transparent but not the controls on it.
If there are buttons then only form will be transparent but not the buttons they should be opaque or non-transparent.

Hi,
I have made transparency to my form but it set transprancy to the controls on the form too. I want to see my controls opaque but my form is transparent.
My buttons have no background they are simple command buttons.
One thing controls can be textboxes, comboboxes, imagebox, filelist or buttons.
