DTPicker Changed as Picture Box

While copying existing form for new Project, DTPicker and MSflexGrid changed as picture box. How to enable these controls.

What is ur Windows..? XP..?
are those OCX's Installed properly..?
if u open a Fresh Project, can u add those controls.. from Projects> Components menu ?

We are using Windows 2000
I have DTPicker in the Toolbox,but DTPicker is not enabled.Its getting changed to PictureBox when I select it.
