Sorry to send you about like this but I think if you need a VB answer you're not even in the right section (Access) here. I will move this across to the VB forum, but I suggest, if you can, you clarify your question a little as I wasn't sure what you meant exactly. Believe me, you get much better results here if people can understand exactly what you want.
