Insert multiple files in VB and Access

Hello sir/madam
I am having some doubts in my project. Please try to help me. I completed my b.tech (cse) and I'm trying to get knowledge of small Visual Basic projects.
How to insert multiple files at a time in Visual Basic and MS Access. I have tried but I'm unable to get it. Please try to solve my problem. And when I'm clicking particular fields in combo only those files must be display in list. I have tried but it is getting only for single value.

Also, what version of VB are you using?
