I want to know where can I find and download Visual Basic 6.0 help file, does it need MSDN Library or not? and if it need, where can I download MSDN Library for Visual Studio 6.0 ?

Yes, you need the MSDN lib from MS. It comes on 3 CDs and is part of the VB6 box when you buy it. Search MS for it.
