    suggest me the right approach

    i have a table say ABC.
    This table has columns

    SECTOR....ITEM YEAR VALUE

    i want to display the output to the user on the form as below(i just used dots to make the format well, so dont consider dots).

    per each sector(CV,AL,ZN ), there will be 3 Items(COL,ELE,D UE).
    i want to display the output per year and per sector as below




    YEAR............... .......CV............... ............AL............... ........... ZN.............
    ............... ....COL.... ELE... DUE......COL...ELE....DUE.......COL...ELE...DUE

    I think you have to try VSFlexGrid V7.00. It has a lot of capabilities and code is available on its demo.

      You can use msflexgrid or mshflexgrid and use

      [CODE=vb]grdName.MergRow (<Row Id>)[/CODE]
