    Combolists

    Hi there..

Before asking my question I will describe the environment I'm in.

In Access 2003 I've made several tables with different kinds of things. With queries I've combined several of those things. Now in the Access file there is the possibility to get a dropdown box in a record in which you see 2 or more different recordsources.

Now I'm trying to do the same thing in VB 6, with those combo dropdown/list boxes. I am able to get 1 out of 2+ things in my screen, but can't figure out how to get the others in it to.

Now an example of what I mean

In Access there are 2 tables.
    1 called first name
    1 called last name

Trough a query I combined those 2. In a form I'm able to select a dropdown box in which you see the last name and first name. Last name is the bound column and first name won't be displayed after selecting 1 of the names.

I'm trying to get the same thing in VB. I'm able to display the last name in the dropdown menu, but I'm unable to also show the first name in it.

Is there some way to do this, or is there anyone able to give me another solution??

    Thanks in advance

I haven't looked into this yet, but you may find that the "Microsoft Data Bound List Controls" (add a reference under Project | Components) are what you need. Or are these what you are already using?
