contentType of file

'm using vb.net and sql server 2005 (all express)


I need to save a file (doc,pdf,jpg, etc) in databse.


But i don't know how to get de content type (image/jpg ou image/bmp ou application/pdf, ...) automatically.

Anyone? help me please?
