Load up notepad

Hey im new to VB and i need help. I have got Microsoft Visual Basic 2005 Express edition and i need to find out how to get text of a notepad file. If you could help me i would apresiate it alot. Also please dont call me a noob i already no and also im a kid so i havnt been taught ever!
