I have used like that way only but it does not work. I have added & before a letter. ie. I have given caption of new is &New. Is it right ?

just try ALT key + underlined character
it will work

but the character might not be displayed as unde lined till u press ALT

I have tried so many times by pressing ALT key + N for &New button. And yes for menus like File, I have used shortcut like CTL+F. It works nicely. But for button does not work. What is wrong with that?
