Accessing data throught SOL querry

What i am trying here is that i want to axcess data from a Excess Table through Form (Which user wishes) .
Therefor if in a company some employess have joined the company on some date them the application should be able to get the list of all the employes joined during that month (or range/month given by the user in date form) in a grid.
I am not able to figure it out .so i need a little hand here

Hi Moe. You need a big hand here. What you are asking is a huge undertaking to go from not knowing to knowing how. If you are going to complete this yourself you will need to get some books on vb6 and ADO.
