VB and sql server 2005

Hi i m new in VB and i m using sql server 2005
how can i connnect the VB with the database
and how can i get the results from the queries?

Hi. You should create a DSN connection and use that name in your vb code. You will need to learn about ADO connections and recordsets and you will embed your sql statements in vb.

Hi... You can try DNS connection and DNS less connection.
In ADO connection...th ere is a lot of tutorials in the internet... try this site...www.vbcode.com... I'ved posted several snippets code in their... try that site...
