Need Help on DTPicker

Hello,
I'm developing simple system, that needs the use of DTPicker. For my system, i have placed two dtpicker, which means DTPicker1 and DTPicker2. The DTPicker1 will be used as starting date and DTPicker2 as the end date. How can i calculate the duration between these two DTPicker?... help me please..
