Invalid ActiveX State Exception

Hi friends

I have a problem in my project with ActiveX control.
i am using older version of spread control. it thrown an exception "InvalidActivex StateException accured in axinterop.fpspr ead.dll" at run time.
i am using Vb.net 2003

Is it have any solution?
