VB Runtime error -2147217887 (80040e21)

I have developed a program in VB6 and its working properly. It is a shared exe program and it works in network environment.
On some pcs when I am trying to save data i am getting -2147217887 (80040e21) runtime error saying that "the field is too small to save the data or try copy and paste".

Can you help me somehow. Backend database is in Access.

It's also known as "Multiple-step OLE DB operation", meaning, the field size is to short to hold user entered data. Assuming you are working on MS-Access database, kindly refer to below;

Lets assume you set field size as the type of "Text" with the size of 50 characters maximum. How is it possible to enter any data string which is more then 50 character?

You have 2 options to solve this issue, the first option will be increasing the field size and the second option will be changing the data type from "Text" to "Memo". Hope it works. Good luck & Take care.
