VB-mouse whelll problem

Hi,
I am very much new to VB and straight way i strucked .
I want to navigate through forms,as well as objects using mouse wheel.
And also i have to select objects using click on mouse wheel.
How to do it.
Please help me regarding this issue.Thans in advance for any help.
