Im having some real problems using the sockets in Visual Basic 2005, I used to use Winsock in VB6 but I see that has gone. All im after is a simple connection between two of my of my programmes on port 8001, VB05 makes this super hard and I have no idea how to begin.
The client & server apps must be able to send messages to each other. Thanks in advance.
