I have a old program written in Quick Basic 4.0 or 4.5. Not sure exactly. The program is a stand alone desktop application that needs to read data, via an API, from another prgrams database. The program has several modules that perform several functions independently of each other.
How would I go about finding someone to convert the old code to a more up to date language? Perhaps VB or C. I am not a programmer so I am open to suggestions.
